The tomatoes produced in Aegean region harvested in June to August. Our contracted planting are purchased from farmers under the control and inspection of our quality department after it riches the sufficient maturity. Tomatoes which suitable for drying are harvested and delivered to the drying facility in plastic cases. Each delivery consists of 5 tons to ensure minimal damage and full traceability.
The tomatoes are inspected under the supervision of quality control experts. Tomatoes meeting required standards are passed to the hand inspection and washing belt where any damaged and/or discoloured tomatoes are removed. They are then graded by size and, after a final visual and physical inspection, processed from machine cut into halves. These halves are dipped into a solution prepared according to the specification requirements of each order, and transferred to the drying yard using tractors employed solely for this purpose.

Turkish Sun Dried tomatoes are produced from Roma variety sound, fresh, ripe tomatoes. The tomatoes are dried in the sun to develop their full, rich flavour, characteristic of sun dried tomatoes. They are now recognized as a basic ingredient for a multitude of applications, including baking, condiments, salads and salad dressings and preparation of entrees and appetizers.
Produced from the Natural or artifically dried, processed or non-processed fruits of plants. The sound, fresh, ripe, best quality red tomatoes are washed, hand selected, sotrexed, halved, dried , metal detected and stocked as salted or sulphured according to the demands of the customers in several countries are processed mostly as halves as well as stripes and diced.

Ready to Eat: An increasingly popular item due to its super red color and quality. After blanching tomatoes in our factory,the traditional tomatoes turn into deliciously a R(eady) T(o) E(at) final product. These tomatoes are mainlyused in restaurants, hotels etc. No need to cook. They are served with salads, pizzas, pastas (with sauce) or can be sub-product for the other culinary processes. Doypack veya vakum ambalajlarda pastörize işlemi uygulanır. It can be marinated with spices, sun flower oil, canola oil, olive oil according to the demand.
